Privacy Policy: Menu & Pour Cost Calculator (Google Sheets add-on)

This policy covers the Menu & Pour Cost Calculator add-on for Google Sheets (“the add-on”), published by Hospitality Stack (gethospitalitystack.com).

What the add-on accesses

• The spreadsheet you have open (scope spreadsheets.currentonly). The add-on only reads or writes that sheet when you click a button: it adds a costing row or inserts a Recipe Costing / Pour Cost tab. It cannot open your other files.
• Showing its sidebar (scope script.container.ui).

What we collect

Nothing. Every calculation runs inside Google Apps Script in your own Google account. We do not receive, store, sell or share your spreadsheet contents, recipes, prices, name or email address. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking in the add-on. If the add-on crashes, Google records an error log (no sheet contents) that only Hospitality Stack can see.

Google user data

The add-on’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is never transferred to third parties or used for advertising, and no human reads it.

Removing the add-on

Uninstall it from Extensions › Add-ons › Manage add-ons, and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tabs the add-on created stay in your spreadsheet until you delete them.
