What hospitality software actually costs, in one database.
Plan prices, per-cover and card fees, free-plan limits and contract terms for POS, reservations, PMS, scheduling and inventory tools. Every figure is read on the vendor’s own page, dated and linked, so you can skip the “book a demo to see pricing” call.
- Covers all 92 listed tools across 13 categories at launch
- Price unit, hidden fees and contract terms side by side
- Dated sources, re-checked, with a change log
Free sample: 6 records
Checked Oct 2026 on official vendor pagesAlso checked, in the full database: 7shifts, Homebase, When I Work, Sling, FoodDocs, Mitti (by SafetyCulture), Tripleseat, plus every other listed tool as it’s verified.
Already 2 of the 13 tools we’ve checked (SevenRooms and Tripleseat) print no price at all. The database flags those and records what their public pages do say.
What’s in every record
Price and price unit
Per location, per user, per seat or per site, monthly vs annual, so a 3-outlet resort and a single bar can both do the math.
Fees and contract terms
Per-cover, card-processing and ACH fees, contract length, auto-renewal and notice periods, where the vendor publishes them.
Free plans and limits
Free-tier caps (locations, employees, recipes, users) and trial length, so you know when “free” stops.
Date checked and source
Every value carries the day it was read and a link to the vendor page. “Not public (quote)” when nothing is printed.
Questions
Is anything charged now?
No. This is a waitlist. There is no checkout yet. When the database opens we'll email you once, and the founding price of $29 (one-time) is held for people on the list.
Where does the data come from?
Each price, fee and limit is read on the vendor’s own pricing, FAQ or terms page, with the date we checked and a link to the source. Where a vendor prints no price, the record says “Not public (quote)” rather than guessing.
What will it cover?
All 92 tools we list across 13 categories: POS, reservations, PMS, scheduling, inventory, food safety, events, guest messaging and more. The free preview below is a slice of what we've already checked.
How is this different from your free comparison pages?
The comparisons cover two tools at a time. The database puts every tool’s price unit, fees, free-plan limits and contract terms in one filterable sheet (CSV, Google Sheets and a searchable page), re-checked on a schedule, with a change log when a vendor moves its prices.
I’m a vendor. Can I correct my record?
Yes. Email [email protected] with a link to your public pricing page. Records are never paid placements, and sponsors get no say in the data.
